1. Our terms of definition for defects includes: manufacturing defect, large area of dirt, decoration of clothes is missing.
2. If found any defective products, please contact us in 48 hour for exchange after receiving it.Please take a photo on the defect part and email to beautieqq@gmail.com
3. Send back the product to us after get our approval.All exchanges must be performed and send back within 7 days of purchase.Product returned must complete with full packing, labels and price tag of garments must remain intact on the garment, i.e. should not be cut away because this way, we know for sure that you have not worn it.Exchange will ignore if the return item not fulfill our requirement.
4. Exchangeable is allowed to change for same value only, cannot change others item or refund money, exchange postage fee will be bear by us but not more than RM7.
***Important Message:In order to guarantee that will not send the bad product for customer, all product have go through 2 times checking by 2 different batch of QC worker, but person's ability may be limited, therefore we will be unable to guarantee that all product is perfect, can do is only reduce every effort of the defect item. At present, our each month's defect product has only accounted for 0.3%, i.e., every 1000, have about 3 is the defect product. If the customer unfortunate receive the defect product, we hereby serious apology for that and request customer report to us within 48 hour, exceeding period totally does not accept. Thanks your understanding!
